An international non-governmental organization has announced that 230,000 children and new mothers are at risk of starvation in Sudan.
The organization warned that if decisive action is not taken, the citizens may die of starvation.
"More than 2.9 million children in Sudan and an additional 729,000 children under the age of 5 are suffering from acute malnutrition," the organization said.
