African union is celebrating African Unity Day at the union headquarters in Addis Ababa.
The day is being celebrated under the theme "Accelerating the inclusion of digital and finance in the African continent."
African Union Commission Deputy Chairperson Monique Nsanzabangawa, African Union Commissioner for Trade Tourism, Industry and Mining Albert Muchanga, Former FDRE Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, Minister of Labour and Skills Muferiat Kamil, African Political Institutions and other guests were present.
Regarding the celebration of the day, there will be a side discussion and panel prepared by higher officials.
African Union is held every year to commemorate key successes achieved in the regional and continental level, and to discuss on how to respond to the challenges that have been and are facing in connection with the African Union.
