It is said that Mike Hammer, the American Horn of Africa, is going to come to Ethiopia and Kenya.
It has been revealed that the special messenger will have ten days stay in the country.
The United States Foreign Minister announced on his page that Mike Hammer will consult with top officials, African Union, government associations and international partners.
The special messenger has also been sent to advise about the situation where the conflicts between Sudan and Ethiopia will be stopped.
