It has been announced that South American leaders have banned Zelensky from attending a meeting.
The 33-membered South American Union is planned to hold a joint meeting with the European Union in Brussels on July 17.
Even though Spain invites Zelensky to attend this meeting, it has been announced that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will not attend the upcoming joint meeting due to opposition from the leaders of the Society of Latin America and Caribbean States (CLAC).
South American leaders have said Ukraine’s absence from the congress was “support for Ukraine due to the current conflict and diplomatic tensions in Europe.
