French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that even if there is no agreement to send troops to Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war, there will be no prohibition.
Macron made his comments as 20 European countries met in Paris to discuss Russia's war in Ukraine.
We will do everything we can to prevent Russia from winning the war, Macron said, adding that we believe Russia's defeat is important for the security and stability of European countries.
However, they did not provide clear information on which countries proposed to send their troops to Ukraine, Reuters reported.
