The International Work Organization (IOL) has asked countries to improve their working environment and salary in this week's warning message.
According to a study the institution has announced that 29 percent of the workers are not paid in the countries that are growing and growing.
Among these there are health professionals, food prep professionals, messenger and security staff.
The research is based on 90 countries and Kenya is the first country to pay the lowest salary.
Study shows that more than 50% of employees in Kenya are paid the lowest salary.
