Ethiopia and Israel have signed an agreement to work together on national security issues.
Jerusalem Public Relations Center and Ethiopian Government Foreign Affairs Institute have signed a communication document to work together on national security issues including water and food security.
JCPA Director Dr. YCHLM said that the first thing we need to do is move food security from social and economic field to national security field.
JCPA president Dan Dicker said if the Israeli technological force is possible to combine with Ethiopian resources, the country can develop into a global diplomatic force.
