The House of People's Representatives has approved the amended military draft proclamation.
It has been stated that the defense force is free from any political affiliation and amend the legal framework to ensure the mission of protecting the country and to build a modern army that keeps its contribution free from any political bias.
Following the change in the country, the EPRDF military has seen that it has been doing a lot of reforms to match the current situation and also to make the future responsibilities.
Therefore, the House of People's Representatives has approved the revised draft proclamation with a majority vote to fill the problems and gaps.
