Zemen Bank has inaugurated a 36-storey main office building that was built with a cost of more than 5 billion birr per point.
It is said that the building is not only beautifying the city's appearance, but also it is an architectural beauty.
It is reported that there is more than 200 parking spaces up to the 5th floor.
It has been stated that the building has been commissioned and it will stop the bank from spending more than 40 million birr per year for the main office rental.
It is said that the building which has an area of 2 thousand 300 square meters has meeting halls, fitness rooms, 6 elevators, a car park that can hold 200 cars and other parts.
