America's special envoy is going to visit Ethiopia and Djibouti starting from today.
It is announced that the American government special envoy of Horn of Africa Mike Hammer will visit Ethiopia and Djibouti for seven days starting from today Wednesday.
Ambassador Hamer stopped the war in Northern Ethiopia during his stay in Ethiopia last October 23rd 2015 E.C. S. M. It is said that there will be a discussion with African Union, Ethiopian government and Tigray temporary administration officials in Addis Ababa and Mekele regarding the implementation of the agreement to permanently cease the conflict.
The US Foreign Affairs Office has stated that they will meet with the authorities of the country and discuss on bilateral and horn of Africa issues.
