A study has shown that the lucky ones are exposed to high cost because condominiums are not built with high quality.
The research was done by African cities (ACRC) and Forum for Social Studies (FSS).
African cities research cooperative Izana Amdework (Dr) told the reporter that when the government provides 40/60 or 20/80 condominiums to the lucky ones because they don't build them in a good quality way, they will be forced to demolish and have to spend a lot of money.
The study shows that those who are fortunate enough to have condominiums will face higher expenses for electricity, ceramic coating, toilet line, wall reconstruction and other shortcomings.
As these issues require a lot of attention, the government should provide for the construction of condominiums from the material to the professional.
