Abel has won consecutive league trophies with the club in 2014 and 2015.
He has shown his special ability by scoring many goals in this year's competition.
The Egyptian club Z FC is leading the league by moving to the first division this year.
He has chosen Abel to strengthen himself.
It has been announced today that Abel was able to be personal even before the transfer window was closed.
Following this, Abel will be the fifth Ethiopian to play in the Egyptian premier league after Keselhadin Seid, Shimelis Bekele, Umed Ukuri and Gach Panom.
