Following Freweyni, the Ethiopians Derbe Wolteji, Hirut Meshesha and Tigist Girma have completed the rankings from 2 to 4.
Ethiopian Habtam Alemu has won the women's 800 meters by setting the fastest time of the year in 1:57.86
Worknesh Melese has come second in her personal best time 1:59.93.
